WHITE is a very nice surprise in Paris. It's a small café, but very well thought out: clean, minimalist, with a super pleasant aesthetic without overdoing it. It's the kind of place where you come in to quickly grab a coffee, and then end up really enjoying the moment. The flat white was very well prepared, balanced, and full of flavor. The matcha also seemed like an excellent option if you want something different from coffee, perfect for a light break. The service is always friendly and quite efficient. Special mention to Florent: what a professional barista! Thanks for the chocolate for my daughter, who was also able to enjoy the moment with us. It's one of my favorite spots to take a break or simply stop by to get my daily dose of good coffee. I would say it's more of a spot to stop by, grab something good, and continue strolling around the neighborhood because the space isn't very big; but that's exactly what makes it practical and full of charm. Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice café, well prepared and with good energy. I'll definitely be back.

WHITE was my favorite cafe to grab a filtered coffee during our short stay in Paris. Of all the great cafes we visited in Paris, White most reminded me of Los Angeles. Really reminded me of Stereoscope Coffee here in LA, even down to the triangular coffee bags (boxes). The filters coffee was excellent, and the space was absolutely beautiful.
