At the foot of Montmartre, WHITE Coffee opens on rue des Martyrs in an unprecedented format: a counter designed for movement. Martyrs escapes the conventions of our other locations—the space embraces architectural duality, two distinct atmospheres coexisting without seeking fusion.
From bean to cup
Specialty-grade coffee roasted with precision, mastered extractions, consistent protocols. Every espresso, every matcha latte meets the same technical standards as all our shops. But Martyrs develops its own spatial language: white light and raw surfaces on one side, muted atmosphere and aged materials on the other. A line of fracture runs through the place, visible, deliberate.
DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE
Your coffee shop in Paris, between contrast and fluidity
The architecture refuses harmony. The passage from one space to another marks a rupture: raw materials against aged wood, brightness against shadow, speed against pause. This isn't a design accident—it's the very principle of the place. Martyrs assumes this confrontation as a posture, a choice.
Counter and passage
Martyrs privileges flow. The space was designed for quick orders, coffee to go, neighborhood crossings. Only a few seats—the place doesn't seek prolonged installation but the precise gesture, the brief moment, the ritual of coffee seized between two destinations. Our selection remains tight: espresso, milk drinks, matcha, house-made cookies. The essentials, direct.
